ETHRome 2026 · 4th edition
Forty selected builders, forty hours, one weekend at Urbe Hub. Everything you need is on this page: the rules, what you can win, how you are judged, how you submit, and how to survive Rome while you do it.
Two links are still being finalised and are marked TBD wherever they appear: the ETHRome submission form, and the Team1 form that sits on top of it. All three sponsor briefs are live in full on the Prizes page. The links land here as they are confirmed, and the Telegram group gets a ping each time. Everything else is final.
The manual
Read the rules and the submission page before you start building. Everything else you can come back to when you need it.
Building with an AI agent? The manual is also on GitHub in plain Markdown: urbeETH/ethrome-2026-hacker-manual, one file per page plus the whole thing in a single file. Clone it next to your project, or point your tool at the raw file, so your agent knows the rules, the deadlines and the bounties.
What is at stake
Build what you want. One ranking, one winning team.
The ETHRome prize
One year at Urbe Hub, for the whole team.
An annual membership for every member of the winning team, up to three people, at Rome's first web3 coworking space. The same room you will have been building in all weekend.
On top of that sit $4,500 in sponsor bounties confirmed so far, and they work under completely different rules: they are chosen and paid by the sponsors alone. ETHRome has no say in who wins them and does not handle delivery.
The weekend
Everything else is hacking, eating and sleeping on a beanbag. All times are Europe/Rome.
